POSTPONED – Overview of Supply Chain Management

In its’ simplest form, Supply Chain is defined as all activities needed to supply a customer their desired service or product. The complexity of those activities is dependent upon the complexity of that service or product, as well as the activities needed to supply that service or product. Those activities can often extend to multiple suppliers, forward and backward in the supply process. In this concise overview of Supply Chain activities, attendees will gain an understanding of each facet of an integrated sourcing process, and knowledge to review and improve their own. Taken from MEP’s detailed Supply Chain workshops, this overview presents, highlights definitions and examples of its major components:
