Training Description: Maximizing the potential of the people in an organization is probably one of the most important steps to take towards achieving the organization’s strategic goals. Quality Improvement Skills provides the foundational skills for more quality assurance skills training.
Training Objective: This quality assurance course provides students with an understanding of quality principles and techniques aimed at enhancing quality assurance systems in their place of work. In addition, learner would be able to apply quality tools to monitor and control processes to assist continuous improvement.
Quality Improvement Skills can be used as part of your ISO training strategy or as a response to an ISO audit finding. The objective is to upgrade the skills of the students to help them become more productive in today’s ever changing factory.
