In this time of extremely high stress and so much uncertainty\, working together is challenging. While we believe that the LET Gordon Model skills are an essential component of work\, they are especially critical at a time like this. We are aware that some of our clients have scheduled trainings which needed to be postponed and re-scheduled and others are waiting until the virus is contained to start Leader Effectiveness Training. \nIn this interactive book club we will meet 2 hours a week online for five weeks.  The book club will be led by one of MassMEPs LET trainers.
