DESCRIPTION:Start 2017 strong right from the gate! \nJoin us Wednesday\, January 25th at the FLEXcon manufacturing headquarters in Spencer\, MA. Learn how they employed Lean Principles from MassMEP’s Lean in the Fast Lane Training to develop their own in-house Pit Crew for productivity gains within their Finishing Department. The results exceeded a 20% gain in uptime and throughput without increasing headcount or capital investment. Representatives from FLEXcon & MassMEP will be on hand to discuss their journey and success to date while answering questions from the group.
