As a relatively new business owner, Devin Brown was eager to find consultants who could share tried-and-true solutions so that he didn’t have to discover them on his own. He developed an ongoing relationship with MassMEP, part of the MEP National Network™.

Atlantic Awning contacted MassMEP and President Cheryl Yennaco happily agreed to accept MassMEP’s assistance implementing the solutions recommended by MassMEP staff after a site visit and walk-though.

As a young company, Markforged is still developing their formal training program. The company also had operators that were showing passion for their work and for the company. Since the company is very interested in promoting from within, it knew it needed to look for a training provider to fill some of the training gaps, specifically supervisory skills.

Swissturn had a few employees in supervisory roles who had never had any formalized supervisory training and those employees found the day-to-day managing of people and operations extremely challenging.
