• Comprehensive 4-Module Curriculum: Encompasses Business Planning, Team Building, Lead Generation, and Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Duration and Format: The Cohort consists of 40 total hours of training, with 10 hours of training per module. Training sessions are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-3:30PM, amounting to 5 hours of training weekly.
• Dates for the Fall Cohort: The upcoming Fall Cohort is scheduled from September 30th to November 20th, conducted remotely via Zoom.
• Limited Enrollment: Enrollment is capped at 15 manufacturers for the Fall Cohort, ensuring an intimate and impactful learning environment.
• Team Attendance: Each manufacturer may include up to 7 employees in the Cohort, promoting comprehensive team development.
• Materials Provided: Participants will receive a 50-page workbook and have access to over 20 editable business growth templates, enhancing the learning experience and application of strategies.
