Lean Management with Toyota Kata (Sold Out)

Principles of Lean Management featuring an introduction to Toyota Kata. Attendees will be
immersed in an actual NASCAR “Pit Crew” facilitated by MassMEP and a race team crew from the Ken Bouchard “Drive to Victory Lane” school. You will experience the thrill of working on an actual race car and teaming up to solve problems, create standard work and understand how
metrics & measurements drive continuous improvement.

The Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP) and Commonwealth Corporation have partnered together to provide training assistance through a newly developed training program – the Regional Training Capacity Pilot Grant. Its intent is to provide small manufacturing enterprises access to training for their employers to grow their business.There is NO FEE to attend the training session; preregistration is required. These training sessions are available to Massachusetts-based manufacturing companies as a requirement of the grant.
