Description: Life science companies are about breakthrough ideas to change the world, but they also need to manage their costs, supply chains and timelines. The Lunch and Learn event will provide an opportunity to find out how MassMEP can help scale, manage growth and leverage all available resources.

Tom Andrellos, Director of Growth Services, MassMEP
Tom joined MassMEP after 32 years in senior level positions in high-tech manufacturing and global supply chain management. Tom’s role at MassMEP is focused on several strategic programs, business development and building the future growth services required to expand business opportunities in Massachusetts. Tom leverages funding and resource partners to deliver a positive impact to the SME’s and the Massachusetts economy.
Mike Thompson, Regional Manager, Southeast Massachusetts
Mike is a hands-on professional with over thirty (30) years of experience in business and municipal management consisting of Sales, Marketing, new business development, manufacturing operations, contract negotiations, financial management and customer relations.
Rich Sullivan, Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives, Manufacturing USA, MassMEP
Rich has held positions in engineering, quality, customer service and business development in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500, across vertical markets such as manufacturing, information technology, and renewable energy. In his current role, Rich explores applications for both emerging and existing technologies, as well as identifying partnership opportunities among our many manufacturing clients.

M2I2 will advance innovation and job growth within the state through cross-collaboration among companies, universities, national labs, government, incubators, accelerators and other academic and training institutions.
