Join us as we recap the month of June and bring light to an old favorite returning in September, The Mash-Up and our Innovation & Libations event in July!
We do a quick breakdown the top three breakout sessions from the Manufacturing Your Future event in May. There may be some surprises along the way on how we got to the top three and how Kevin’s top pick is right on point. If you missed the event and want to see all the breakout sessions you can watch them all here.
The month we recap MassMEP’s largest event of the year, Manufacturing Your Future. We review the day, possibly start a new trend by giving out “made-up” awards, talk to the Registration team and our Director of Innovation Growth Services in “real time.” If you couldn’t attend this is an overview of the day, and we have the videos from the breakout sessions, keynote speaker and our fearless leader, Kathie Mahoney, on our YouTube Channel.
Oh, and we would be remissed if we didn’t remind the audience about another outstanding Manufacturing Joke, and it isn’t the hosts!
This month we recap April, as it was a month of Beers, Gears, Divide and Conquer for one day of three events from Morning to night. For one fo those events, MassMEP has the luxury of sponsoring the Worcester Business Journal Manufacturing Summit & Excellence Awards. This event honors manufacturers and manufacturing champions in Central Massachusetts and is an event that shines a light on manufacturing today, tomorrow and beyond.
Hayley, Kevin and our special guests, Jane Arnold & Kristy Grignon. Jane, our keynote speaker, joined us for this episode to tell us why these events are so important for Manufacturers. We also found out which breakout room she is looking forward to the most on May 9th. Registration for the event will be open until May 7th and if you are a Manufacturer you can use the code MASSMFG for a complimentary entry. We can’t wait to hear Jane and her full keynote and report-out at the end of the day on the event.
See you all on the 9th! Register here!

This session takes you right into the room with our Moderator, Kristy Grignon, Senior Director of Business Development and the panel as they talk about what’s in it for a manufacturer to hire a woman, how manufacturers can recruit, retain & develop women in manufacturing, generation gaps, and so much more.

We sit down with one of our regulars, Senior Director of Business Development and SME in finding great items made in Mass, Kristy Grignon to recap February. We sat down with our friends at Synagex, John, Pete & Matt, to dig into the details on Brute Force, Credential Stuffing & Security Appliance. We originally thought this was an episode about a new video game they were releasing, but quickly realized how valid and scary each of these terms can be to a Manufacturer or small business owner in Massachusetts and across the US. This episode may take more windshield time than our others, but is worth the knowledge you gain from our experts in Cybersecurity at Synagex!
