Training within Industry, TWI is a set of standardization programs that teaches the essential skill needed by all supervisors and team leaders to help lead an organization though a Lean transformation and for it to sustain. The first module, Job Relations (JR) will teach how to evaluate and take proper action to handle "people problems".
MassMEP and our subject matter experts (SME's) will be holding an over session on TWI-JR, January 24 - 28, 2022. The event will be virtual each morning from 8:00 - 10:30 AM. This training is no cost to Massachusetts Manufacturers. The return on this investment of your time will be exponential!
