Kathie Mahoney
President
Kathie Mahoney is the President of the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership. Kathie began her MEP career here in 1999 and was coached and mentored by MassMEP’s forward-looking founder, Jack Healy. In her MEP career, she has held several positions culminating as the Center Director in 2017 until she transferred to the RI MEP Center, Polaris MEP, to serve as their Center Director.
She is recognized as a next generation leader among her peers throughout the National MEP Network where she serves on the National Institutes of Standards and Technology MEP Center Leadership Team, the advisors to the federal administrators. Kathie brings with her years of manufacturing experience and skills in leadership, management, strategic planning, and project management.

Kimberly Ingalls
Director of Business Operations
Kimberley Ingalls is the Business Operations Director for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership. As Center Director Kim guides MassMEP and works closely with the President and it’s Board of Directors to realize the Center’s goals. She believes the impact of MassMEP on its clients through top-line and bottom-line results, is a driving force within the Massachusetts manufacturing ecosystem. During her career, Kim has 10+ years in a role with MassMEP, in this time she has directed thousands of 3rd party surveys to Massachusetts manufacturing clients resulting in Direct Impacts in created and retained jobs, created and retained sales, cost savings, and overall growth for Massachusetts manufacturing companies.
Ms. Ingalls has an extensive background in grant management and strategic business development, and her strong leadership has put MassMEP among the top centers in the MEP National Network.

Kristy Grignon
Senior Director of Business Development
Kristy Grignon is Senior Director of Business Development for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership. As the Sales and Marketing Director, Kristy works closely with both teams as well as the President to meet company goals and continuously raise the standard. With a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry, she brings skills in management, sales, strategic planning, project management, and team building to the MassMEP family. During her six years with the company and continuous upward trajectory, she has worked on writing grants, developing consortiums, working directly with clients, growing sales and innovative growth services, and MACWIC credentialing.
Kristy holds a bachelor degree in psychology from Keene State University.

Jesse Burque
Director of Finance
Jesse Burque serves as Director of Finance for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP). He joined MassMEP in 2021 and has more than 20+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate compliance. Jesse oversees all areas of finance including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, general ledger, cash management and banking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Jesse earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
Charles DaRosa
Director of Operations
Charles DaRosa joined MassMEP in August 2021 as the Operations Manager responsible for leading and directing the field staff in delivering MassMEP programs. Charles also worked for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership from 2005-2010 as a consultant and Certified Lean Trainer.
Prior to joining MassMEP, Charles worked for CPS Technologies as the Vice President of Operations for 11 years where he transformed the manufacturing operations from batch processing to cellular flow. He also identified and implemented annual continuous improvement projects resulting in $300-$400K cost savings each and every year. Charles has 25+ years of manufacturing experience and is a Certified Lean Manufacturing Trainer. Charles has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from NEIT and is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

Judy Silva
Senior Director of Public Affairs
Judy Silvia is MassMEP’s Senior Director of Public Affairs. Public Affairs’ mission is to advocate and advance MassMEP’s goals and objectives in the public policy arena and to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with our targeted communities. Public Affairs work combines government relations, media communications, issue management, social responsibility, information dissemination and strategic communications advice.
Judy has over 25 years’ experience in public and government affairs. Her admiration for the manufacturing community began at the Associated Industries of Massachusetts where she focused on helping manufacturers navigate state and federal legislative and regulatory changes. Judy started her career at the Massachusetts State House where she still maintains many relationships. She is a graduate of Vermont Law School and the University of New Hampshire.

Ellen Ellsworth
Director of Growth and Innovative Services
Ellen Ellsworth is the Director of Growth and Innovative Services for MassMEP. Ellen is responsible for the growing the knowledge base of Technology Acceleration within the MEP organization in addition to sharing best practices internally and with our client network.
Ellen joined MassMEP as a Program Manager in May of 2021 where she worked hand in hand with clients on continuous improvement. Prior to MassMEP, Ellen worked at GE Aviation for 14 years in sites throughout the US. Her roles were in program & project management, manufacturing engineering, materials, and people leadership. Ellen has a passion for continuous improvement, mentoring and coaching.
Ellen has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
