Workforce Pipeline MACWIC High School Training
  • Level 1 and Level 2 training directly to high schools as part of our workforce pipeline programs

Pre-Apprenticeship Program

  • 165-hour entry-level program for non-traditional worker populations, preparing participants for career pathway jobs with hands-on manufacturing experience.

Manufacturing Skills for Success

  •  8-10 Week customizable program covering technical training, soft skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and career planning. The program includes but is not limited to the following industry-recognized credentials:
    • MACWIC Level 1
    • OSHA-10
    • ISO-9001
    • Lean 101
