Central Mass Manufacturing Summit & Awards

This spring the Worcester Business Journal will be recognizing some of the area’s top manufacturing firms with our 9th annual Central Mass “Manufacturing Excellence Awards”. Winners will be profiled in the special section on Manufacturing in our April 1st issue of the Worcester Business Journal, and we’ll hold a special awards ceremony along with a keynote address and panel discussion on the manufacturing industry on April 23, 2024.

THEY WILL BE RECOGNIZING MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
General Excellence – companies that are the best of the best.
Emerging Manufacturer/Rising Star – a company in business for 10 years or less that has made significant strides.
Product Design & Innovation – a company with either a new product or a change to an existing product that has been well-received in the marketplace.
Workforce Development & Productivity – a company that has worked to train workers for its systems or developed programs with area schools to train the incoming workforce.
Sustainability/Green Manufacturing – a company that has made strides to reduce its carbon footprint and become more eco-friendly, either through its operations or its products.
Collaboration in Manufacturing – a company that has developed unique partnerships to move its business and the industry forward.
Manufacturing Champion – recognition of an individual who has worked to improve and support the manufacturing industry in this region.
This annual event features a special awards ceremony, keynote address and panel discussion on the state of the manufacturing industry, along with an opportunity for networking and a cocktail reception.
