Unleash Potential: Your Next Great Hire is Uniquely Abled - Information Session

Because the words we use shape the way we think, when looking through the lens of the word "disabled,” we tend to think about what’s missing in a person. As a result, we often miss seeing the unique capabilities these people offer. The goal of The Uniquely Abled Project is to shift the paradigm of thinking from "disabled” to "uniquely abled”.
-Uniquely Abled Project, https://uniquelyabledproject.org/

This one hour virtual information session is a time for Manufacturers to learn more about the Uniquely Abled Project as an addition to their current workforce. We are hearing everyday that Manufacturers are still dealing with workforce shifts so MassMEP is partnering with the Uniquely Abeled Project at Bridgewater State University to showcase this opportunity. The goal is to demystify a large population of untapped talent that is loyal, eager to learn and point specific.

If you are still looking at a more diverse way to integrate your workforce this information session will provide key points on how to do that.

These programs have been added to our portfolio and are programs that can stand alone or work together on your continuous improvement journey in Manufacturing.

What are the new programs?

SCALE UP – Unlocking Breakthrough Growth: This new program is designed to help manufacturers achieve significant growth in the coming year by comprehensively unlocking their business potential. It encompasses essential aspects like business planning for sustainable growth, team building to drive your business forward, innovative lead generation strategies for a robust sales pipeline, and leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize operations and sales. Chris Ciunci is the facilitator for Scale Up.

Transitioning from scaling your business, we understand the importance of strong leadership on the front lines.

Front Line Supervisor Apprenticeship – Leading Effectively: This apprenticeship focuses on developing robust leadership skills in your supervisors. By enhancing their abilities in team management, effective communication, and decision-making, this program bridges the gap between executive vision and operational execution. It's about turning your supervisors into leaders who can guide your teams through the growth.

And as your teams grow and your leaders become more effective, the need for embracing technological advancements becomes clear.

Add Additive Manufacturing to your Manufacturing – Embracing Technological Innovation: The future of manufacturing lies in technological innovation, and our Additive Manufacturing program is your gateway. Here, you'll explore the latest in 3D printing, material science, and digital design.

Why Attend?
