  • Take the Guesswork out of Growth Workshop

    Zoom

Join us and Bill Flynn, from Catalyst Growth Advisors as he works with manufacturers in this four-hour workshop to help take the guesswork out of growth.
He will steer the focus to get the head of the company to fire himself/herself from the day to day to predicting the future of the business. This will be taught through a proven framework that has two main objectives:
    • Creating a single active, collaborative, strategic brain that connects the CEO, leadership team, and every single person in a company.
    • Giving the team a shared language and focused team results connecting strategy to execution.
This is an interactive workshop, where manufacturers will come away with value on where the company needs to focus it attention and some useful, simple tips and tricks to implement when they get back to the office.
Who should attend? That's easy, who shouldn't? There are pieces of this that can be taken away from every level of management. If your company can take the investment of time on this workshop, it will be well returned.
  • Did you know these tax incentive options existed for Manufacturers looking to grow?

    Zoom

Tax Incentives for Real Estate Expansion Projects

Manufacturing companies that have expansion plans may benefit from a variety of state and local tax incentives. Whether a company plans to renovate an existing facility, relocate, construct a new facility, create or retain jobs, there are available resources that can help to reduce the cost associated with a real estate investment. With the surge of increased construction and labor costs, rising gas prices and interest rates, these tax incentives more than ever for businesses.

By leveraging tax incentives, companies can save thousands – or even millions – of dollars. However, timing is essential. Otherwise, companies could leave substantial cash on the table.

In this webinar, Lynn Tokarczyk, government tax incentives consultant and president of Business Development Strategies, Inc., will discuss how to identify, negotiate, and secure valuable government tax incentives, including:

    • State Tax Credits
    • State Abandoned Building Tax Deductions
    • Municipal Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
    • Municipal Personal Property Tax Relief
    • Municipal Special Tax Assessment (STA)

  • Is There Really A Correlation Between Industry 4.0 & Cybersecurity?

    Zoom

Join us to learn more about why cybersecurity is foundation to Industry 4.0. A brief introduction to i4.0 will be provided. Our panel will discuss possible cybersecurity risks created when deploying IIoT (Industry Internet of Things) and other ICS (Industrial Control System) devices in industrial network environments. The adoption of i4.0 technologies may require the implementation of more sophisticated network architecture and design. That flat network topology of the past may no longer provide adequate protection of your IP (intellectual property) and sensitive information. It may be time to secure and segment your IT business technology from OT (Operational Technology) / ICS (Industrial Control Systems). Or, you might consider implementing a zero trust security model similar to the one embraced by the DoD earlier this year.

Register now to learn more about these and many other cyber hygiene best practices. Please bring your questions to this webinar as time will set aside for a Q&A session as well.
