Our 5th Annual Women’s Day Manufacturing Workshop returns in celebration of Women’s Day and in recognition of the women driving innovation, leadership, and growth across Massachusetts manufacturing. This year’s event will be hosted by Glass Lab, a woman-owned company known for blending advanced manufacturing, science, and design to create custom glass solutions for industries ranging from life sciences to architecture and technology.

Join us for a relaxed late afternoon focused on connection, learning, and shared experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour Glass Lab’s unique facility and gain insight into how modern manufacturing, creativity, and precision come together in their work. The program will also include interactive group activities and a panel discussion featuring women with diverse perspectives and career paths within manufacturing.

The workshop will conclude with dedicated networking time, offering space to build relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate the collective impact of women in the industry.
