Leader Effectiveness Training Book Club
Book clubs are the perfect way to keep learning in the age of COVID-19.
We all know that in times of high stress, interpersonal relationships can be damaged or strengthened. In this time of extremely high stress and so much uncertainty, working together is challenging. While we believe that the LET Gordon Model skills are an essential component of work, they are especially critical at a time like this. We are aware that some of our clients have scheduled trainings which needed to be postponed and re-scheduled and others are waiting until the virus is contained to start Leader Effectiveness Training.
In this interactive book club we will meet 2 hours a week online for five weeks. The book club will be led by one of MassMEPs LET trainers. This book club will be the start of a journey to help you be the leader you've always wanted to be.
Note: This book club would not be a substitute for our Leader Effectiveness Training, but is an intensive pre-work to prepare people to participate in a face-to-face classroom course once this crisis is over.
For more information on the Book Club contact Karen Carswell [email protected]
Please note: start date is TBD
